Welcome to the registration system for the 2018 ASPPH Annual Meeting and the 2018 Undergraduate Public Health and Global Health Education Summit!

This registration system is designed to process registrations for the 2018 ASPPH Annual Meeting, March 7-9,, the 2018 Undergraduate Public Health and Global Health Education Summit, March 7, and the Undergraduate Faculty Development Workshop (FDW), March 6.

All sessions will take place at the Crystal Gateway Marriott, 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA.

Registration closes Friday, February 23, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific.

  • Registration Instructions

    Registrants may select the Undergraduate Faculty Development Workshop, the Undergraduate Summit, or the Annual Meeting, or any combination of the three events. Please carefully review the registration fees (posted on the right) before starting your registration.

  • Accommodations

    All meetings are at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA. The hotel is conveniently located just two miles from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). There is a complimentary hotel shuttle or you can take the blue-line Metro from DCA one stop to the Crystal City station, which connects to the hotel.

    The group rate is $256 plus applicable hotel taxes (currently 13.25%). To make a hotel reservation call the hotel (1-800-228-9290) and reference the ASPPH Annual Meeting, or reserve online with the ASPPH group link. The group rate is available through Friday, February 16 and is subject to availability.

  • Payment

    Fees may only be paid via credit card. Registrations are not complete until payment is received. For questions regarding payment, please email ASPPH.

  • Deadlines and Cancellations

    Registration closes on Friday, February 23, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific.

    Registration Cancellations/Refunds: Attendees may cancel their registrations until Monday, February 26 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific, and receive a refund. Cancellations after February 26 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific will not be eligible for a refund.

    All eligible refunds will be less any credit card processing fees.

    Accommodation Deadline: The hotel reservation deadline is Friday, February 16 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Hotel cancellations are subject to the property's policies.

Registration fees for the Undergraduate Summit and Faculty Development Workshop apply to all registrants, including those who work at ASPPH-member institutions.

NOTE: Attendees who register for the Summit and the Annual Meeting receive a $50 discount on their registration (student registrants excluded).
