Description: State advocacy efforts by faculty range from seeking funding for practice and research activities to affecting the shape and operation of state programs and initiatives. This interactive workshop will focus on how to advocate at the state level and how to shape your message(s) for maximum impact.  A program director will briefly discuss how to engage students in advocacy efforts through education experiences.
